Can I have more than one account at QgfTrade Investment?
No, each member can have only one account. Any attempt of fraud will result in permanent blocking of the account & the funds deposited in the account will be frozen.
I forgot my username. What can I do now?
You must follow the steps below:
1) Click "Forgot your password?" in the login page.
2) Enter your e-mail address used for registration, and click on the "Submit" button.
3) You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. Click the link in the e-mail.
4) You will receive the second e-mail notifying your username.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password directly through edit account section on your member area.
My account was stolen. What do i need to do now?
At first please use "Account Recovery" option in login page then sign into your account and change your password immediately. If this will not be enough, please contact us via support form and provide your account details. Please contact us only from the e-mail address you have used for registration.
How can I invest with QgfTrade Investment
To make an investment you must first become a member of #sitename. Once you are signed up, you can make your first deposit. All deposits must be made through the Members Area. You can login using the member username and password you receive when signup.
Which payment method do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Bitcoin, BitcoinCash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Dash, Tether, Ripple, ZCash, Tron and Stellar.
Can I make multiple deposits?
Yes you can make multiple deposits at any given time. There is no limit to the amount and the number of transactions you make within our program. You can make a deposit from different and multiple payment processors as well.
How long will it take to add deposit amount into my account?
Your deposits will be accepted when the total number of confirmations is 3-10.
What payment system can i use to withdraw?
You can withdraw directly to your bank account, Paypal or wallet address.
How can I withdraw funds?
Just login to your QgfTrade Investment account and request your withdrawal at the Withdraw section.
How fast do you process withdrawals?
All withdrawals worth up to $100 are processed instantly. Otherwise they are approved and paid manually within 24 business hours.
How and when can I release my deposit?
Investment cancellation available not earlier than 24 hours after it has been credited. In order to release your deposit (principal), on deposits page you need to click on “Release” button. After deduct 5% release fees, the amount will credit to your account balance instantly and you can withdraw on the spot, you are able to release your deposit anytime you wish.
What does affiliate program mean and can anyone benefit from it?
The idea behind our affiliate program is to provide more earning opportunity to members who refer other people to our investment project. Not much work is needed from you; just share your referral link, which is made available in your account, with friends, and you'll earn 7% from their active deposit. You will be also paid 3% on your second level referrals and 1% - on your third level referrals.
Are active deposits required from me before I can earn affiliate commission?
No, no active deposit is required to earn commission as an affiliate.
